Massage
Each body treatment begins with a private consultation,followed by a sensory journey of essential oils for the customization of your treatment. Our goal is to learn of your specific needs and to fulfill those needs during your experience at Marma Day Spa.

Swedish
Light to medium pressure, combining manipulation of soft tissue along with stretching and joint rotation. Enhances circulation, relieves tension and soothes tired muscles.

Deep Tissue
Penetrating massage using a variety of firm, direct strokes and techniques to loosen deep tissue to increase circulation.

Sports
Focus on specific muscle groups used in sports, or work related activity. Firm stretching and releasing techniques are used to target problem areas.

Prenatal
Focus on comfortable positioning, relieving tension and reducing the stress on Mother’s changing body.

Hot Stone Therapy
A powerful massage technique using heated volcanic basalt stones to enhance circulation and relaxation. 60min-$105 ~ 80min-$140

Hydrotherm and Pregnancy Hydrotherm
Warm, water-filled cushions cradle the body and rock you gently in response to your massage therapist's touch. Conforming to the curves of your spine, these heated cushions allow a full body massage while "floating" in a face up position.

Reiki
A deeply relaxing and soothing movement of energy that works on four levels: spiritual, emotional, mental and physical.

Myofascial
Release of fascial tissue that lies between the muscles and joints that can bind itself around these areas causing restrictions, discomfort and pain.

Craniosacral
A gentle noninvasive technique that improves the functioning of the craniosacral system and spinal cord. Great for TMJ, neck and back problems.

Reflexology
A pressure point massage based on the ancient belief that each organ in the body correlates to a pressure point in the foot. Releases blockages and reestablishes the body's energy flow.

Spa Therapies
Himalayan Rejuvenation Treatment 120min-$225
Go beyond relaxation and experience a mind/body connection with this purifying and nurturing treatment. After a complete consultation, the treatment begins with a sinus cleanse, followed by a vigorous full-body dry-exfoliation. Next comes a rhythmic friction massage, using your own customized massage blend. Then an Aveda Pure-Fume™ Steam Bath canopy warms and detoxifies you with aromatic steam. The treatment finishes with a continuous stream of warmed plant-based concentrate directed onto your forehead. This process integrates the body and mind.

Ear Candling 45min-$40
A gentle removal of wax buildup that regular cleaning cannot remove. Believed to help prevent sinus congestion, migraines, balance disorders, swimmers ear and ear infections. Greatly improves mental clarity, energy and sense of well being.

All wraps and scrubs include a complimentary vichy shower treatment, and stress relieving scalp treatment or eye-zone wrap.

Comforting Herbal Mask 60min-$95
The skin is exfoliated and a warm herbal mask is applied to the body. Your skin will feel moisturized and revitalized with lavender and chamomile. Ideal for dry, irritated and stressed skin.

Moor Mud Wrap 60min-$100
Warm Hungarian Moor Mud is applied to the whole body, which is then wrapped in a blanket. This will help the penetration of vitamins and enzymes into the skin. It also gives pores a smaller appearance. Wonderful for arthritis and sore muscles.

Thalossatherapy 60min-$100
This is the use of water and spirulina (pure marine algae). The spirulina mixture will be applied to the whole body, which is then wrapped in a blanket. A great wrap for detoxification, cellulite, anxiety and fatigue.

Body Elixir Scrub 60min-$80
A whole body is exfoliated then hydrated, resulting in smooth soft skin. (Body Polish/Mild ~ Aqua Glow/Medium ~ Salt Glow/ Vigorous).

Waxing
We regret that we cannot perform waxing services on clients who are taking Acutane, Retin-A or any related medications, due to the sensitivity these products can cause to the skin. Hair growth must be approximately 1/8" to 3 weeks of growth to receive effective waxing services.

Details
Spa Experience
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so you can prepare for your service. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, which means we may have to shorten the service time. Locker, robe and slippers are provided for your comfort and convenience. We suggest, however, that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home, including cellular phones and pagers. Marma Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Should you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please let us know when booking your appointment. For your uninterrupted relaxation we suggest that children remain at home. You need a break too.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is specially reserved for you. If you need to cancel for any reason, you must allow us at least 24 hours advance notice. For spa packages, we require 48 hours advance notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service charge to your credit card or deduction to gift card/certificate. In trying to do our best to serve you we recommend pre-booking your next service prior to leaving the spa.

Methods of Payment
Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Gift cards. Gift certificates and Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival.
